In ID2, students learned about the local artist Piet Mondrian and explored his distinctive use of line and color. They created their own interpretations inspired by Mondrian’s abstract style. While Mondrian traditionally worked with primary colors (red, blue, and yellow) along with black and white lines, the ID2 students experimented with a broader palette by including secondary colors in their compositions. The result is an incredibly refreshing Mondriaan-Stijl maekeover!
