Terms and conditions ticket sale 2HSV auction dinner 4 November 2022
The purchase of a ticket is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1) If you are unable to use your tickets for the auction dinner due to unforeseen
circumstances, you are entitled to a refund (in part) of:
- 100% of the purchase price if you notify 2HSV by e-mail: info@2hs.org by 12 October
2022 - 50% of the purchase price if notified after 12 October 2022 but no later than 24
October 2022 via info@2hs.org - 0% of the purchase price if you give notice after 24 October 2022 that you cannot
attend and/or are otherwise unable to use the tickets for the dinner.
2) If unable to attend yourself on 4 November 2022, you can transfer your ticket(s) to
someone else. lease indicate by 3 November 2022 at info@2hsv.org who will attend
in your place.
3) If 2HSV is forced by the authorities to cancel the event, you will be informed as soon
as possible. In that case you are in principle entitled to a full refund of the amount
paid by you if and insofar as 2HSV is compensated by third parties for the costs
incurred.
4) 2HSV reserves the right to cancel the event the number sold tickets is too low for or
other circumstances that are compelling for the board. If this decision is made before
15 October 2022, 100% of ticket price will be refunded. If this is decided after 15
October 2022, due to the increased financial obligations of 2HSV, 2HSV will work
with the ticket buyers to determine the best way to achieve a proper and balanced
arrangement and settlement.
5) If the auction dinner is cancelled, a donor is not entitled to a refund of any donation
made.
6) If the auction dinner is cancelled, the online auction will still go ahead and items that
will now only be auctioned at the auction dinner will be added to the online auction.
